Join us at our annual Feria del Barrio the largest festival in Philadelphia presented by a coalition of organizations dedicated to promoting art, culture, education, health, economic development, and community.

REGISTRATION IS CLOSED – Table at la Feria del Barrio:

We have tables for artists, nonprofits, local and commercial businesses to be part of la Feria del Barrio. THIS EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE. Tents are NOT provided.

After completing the registration form that fits your profile pay your registration fee below. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY SEPTEMBER, 1, 2024, TO GUARANTEE A SPACE.

Step 1: Complete the appropriate registration form
  • Artists / Independent Vendor | $20 – Individuals who participate by selling their artwork, crafts, or promoting their services, etc. Will receive one (1) table and two (2) chairs. Tents are not provided.
  • Nonprofit Organization | $100 – An organization with 501c3 status who participates by promoting their services and resources to the community. Will receive one (1) table and two (2) chairs. Tents are not provided.
  • Commercial Vendor | $150 – A commercial vendor is a business who participates by selling their products or promoting their services. Will receive one (1) table and two (2) chairs. *We prioritize local businesses in the Fairhill, Harrowgate, Kensington area. Tents are not provided.

Become a sponsor:

As a sponsor, your organization or business can capitalize on and be part of the strength and pride that Latine arts and culture bring. With your aid, we will sustain and increase the growth of the North Philadelphia community. We offer a number of sponsor levels so your organization can support however possible. Sponsor benefits are listed in the sponsorship package form below.

Signup to Volunteer:

Feria is possible with the help of our wonderful volunteers that make it happen. We will be needing volunteers for set up of tables, tents, help with registering and directing participants before the event begins in the morning. As well during the event for various tasks such as help with the kids section, taking pictures, and more. We will also need help with cleaning the streets and breakdown of tables, tents, etc, after the event is over. Complete the volunteer signup form and we will get in touch with you for more information.
