Join us at our annual Feria del Barrio the largest festival in Philadelphia presented by a coalition of organizations dedicated to promoting art, culture, education, health, economic development, and community.

Table at la Feria del Barrio:

We are excited to invite local vendors to participate in our annual Feria del Barrio! We are seeking artists ($20), nonprofits ($100), and commercial businesses ($150) to showcase their work and resources to our community. Accepted vendors will be notified by August 8, 2025 at the latest. This is a form to apply to be part of Feria del Barrio 2025, completing registration does NOT guarantee a spot in the event.

APPLICATION INFORMATION:

  • Application Deadline: August 1, 2025
  • Acceptance Notification: August 8, 2025 at the latest
  • Fee: Your fee amount is based on which vendor category fits your profile (see below). The fee covers the cost of your table.
  • What your fee includes: An approximate 8ft x 8ft x 8ft display area with one (1) table and two (2) chairs. We do not provide tents but vendors are welcome to bring their own.

THIS EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE. Tents are NOT provided.

Step 1: Complete the application form
  • Artists / Independent Vendor | $20 – Individuals who participate by selling their artwork, crafts, or promoting their services, etc. Will receive one (1) table and two (2) chairs. Tents are not provided.
  • Nonprofit Organization | $100 – An organization with 501c3 status who participates by promoting their services and resources to the community. Will receive one (1) table and two (2) chairs. Tents are not provided.
  • Commercial Vendor | $150 – A commercial vendor is a business who participates by selling their products or promoting their services. Will receive one (1) table and two (2) chairs. *We prioritize local businesses in the Fairhill, Harrowgate, Kensington area. Tents are not provided.
Step 2: Once application is submitted the planning committee will carefully review all submissions to ensure a diverse and high-quality representation of local talent and businesses. Accepted vendors will be notified by August 8, 2025 at the latest.
Step 3: If accepted, submit payment for fee
  • Payment is not required until you are notified of your acceptance.
  • Once accepted, payment must be received by September 3, 2025 to guarantee a table.
  • We will contact you with information to complete fee payment.

Signup to Volunteer:

Feria is possible with the help of our wonderful volunteers! We are looking for 15 – 20 volunteers to help us out on September 7, 2025.

Volunteer tasks include but are not limited to:
  • Set up and break down of tables, chairs, tents, and more;
  • Assisting staff with registering and directing vendors to their tables;
  • Supervision of the VIP Hospitality Suite;
  • Supervision in the bookstore;
  • Supervision of the kids section;
  • Assisting with any trash and street cleaning;
  • Tasks as needed
